My online experience began in the Philippine BBS era before the commercial web became mainstream. Portal Inc., Cybernet Live, early domain work and photo.net.ph came before the later photography, search, digital commerce, analytics, reputation intelligence and AI-visibility work.
The through-line is discoverability.
I’m Anton Sheker, a Philippines-based digital publisher and SEO/GEO strategist. My internet exposure began in early-1990s BBS communities. By 1994 I was using Portal Inc. and Cybernet Live; I later moderated Cybernet Live chat, became a dotPH partner, built photo.net.ph as my first website, and published my first blog, Blogalicious, as a photography and travel journal. Those early experiences shaped the later work in publishing, search, analytics, reputation intelligence and AI visibility.
The medium changed over time — photographs, websites, search results, knowledge graphs, AI answers — but the underlying problem stayed similar: how do people find the right information, understand it, and trust what they see?
I lead publishing across LaborCode.ph, FamilyCode.ph, CivilLaw.ph, CorporateCode.ph, CyberCode.ph, Sulit.ph and GoIligan.com. My role is publisher. Publishing leadership, article authorship and legal review are separate responsibilities.

Contemporary GMA reporting described it as the first Philippine copyright case involving the Internet as the medium and the first reported use of camera EXIF data as evidence in the Philippines. The About page keeps that claim attributed to contemporary reporting rather than presenting it as a court-established nationwide precedent. Anton’s public record also includes the 2011 WIPO proceeding over sulit.ph, where the complaint was denied and later discussed by legal-industry publications.
